At Freedom Health, our mission is to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals facing dual diagnosis challenges through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Framingham, MA. We believe in treating the individual as a whole, recognizing the unique needs and circumstances of each person.
