The Grandview offers beautiful studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments in the historic Goose Hollow neighborhood. Stunning views of Mount St.Helens and Downtown PDX can be seen from our community, and you will love our location! We are off OR26, I205, I405, downtown portland, MAX stops, TRIMET bus stops and more. Our 5-Story building was built in the 1920's, boasting historic charm combined with modern upgrades (in select units) to create a world-class living environment. Our building is equipped with an elevator for ease of access, and secured entry doors may provide peace of mind. Onsite laundry is accessible to residents only, as well as bicycle storage. Our Apartments are cat friendly.
