I often hear people day the way to judge a company is by the way they fix a mistake. Kelly Van Lines was supposed to come Saturday morning. Something happened to one of the guys and the guy did not show up. He also did not warn the company so they were short and they could not move me short a guy. Sunday came and I asked how likely it was would I be moving today. He said he would do everything possible to make it to me. He did. He arrived around 4 pm, worked very hard, all of the crew were very polite. No struggle to move anything and there were no moments where I needed to look away ( like so often happens when you watch someone move things). Nothing was broken. Once these guys arrived they were amazing. I witnessed that the crew did everything in their power to make it right. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I felt the need to review the outstanding service we received from Kelly Van Lines. They were a pleasure to do business with beginning the moment I called to inquire about their services. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, well prepared, and ready to go. Every team member listened to our needs, handled our things with care, worked efficiently, and were pleasant and professional. They treated our home with the utmost care and did not waste an ounce of time. We are a family of 4 and our move was complete in about 5 hours. It was absolutely my pleasure to do business with Kelly Van Lines and I would highly recommend them to my friends, coworkers, and family members.
