About us
Being a staff nurse for 11 years prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner taught me a lot about caring for the patient & family in a holistic manner. Caring for a person's emotional & mental health directly effects their physical health. As an integrative medicine practitioner I strive to look at the whole person to improve their health & do that through counseling, diet, lifestyle changes, use of supplements/herbs/vitamins, referrals if needed, specialized testing, food sensitivities, etc. I want every patient to feel comfortable telling me about any problem or symptom.
