Hello, and welcome to Mind and Body Wellness, a premier tele-health medical practice. I am thrilled to be a part of your journey in building (managing) a healthier you. As a dual Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric mental health and Primary Care, I will do an initial assessment, diagnose, and create a treatment and medication management plan that best suits your needs emotionally, physically, and medically. Together we will cover any and all of your mental health concerns and any general routine medical care you are seeking.
