About us

Adult classes are co-ed with both men and women of all ages and fitness levels, we offer kids classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense and we also have an after school program. With the various methods we use to instruct in BJJ all aspects of self-defense and the competition style of the art is included.
