I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has over 6 years of clinical experience in providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals 17 and up seeking assistance with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Obsessive-Compulsive disorders. I am passionate about providing quality mental health care.
I utilizes evidence-based practices and approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic, and mindfulness therapy. A holistic approach is utilized to help achieve optimal mental health.
