About us

PARAMOUNT FITNESS is a local family owned and operated mid-size, semi-private Group Fitness Class Studio that has been in business since November 2012. Located in the Downtown Naples area on US41, we are the first of its kind and our unique approach is that we ONLY offer Group Fitness Classes.

Our 900 sq ft workout space is non-intimidating and we commit to only having a maximum of 25 people per class making it fun to workout, as well as being non-invasive.

“When speaking about improving and maintaining our health and fitness levels we refer to the basics; exercise, nutrition and habits, healthy or unhealthy ones. We believe that everyone should be able to partake in fitness to improve their health and well-being and that fitness should be fun.
