For 30 years I have provided psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a goal of fast stabilization of mental health concerns. I pride myself in staying abreast of current best practice approaches with a priority of safe and non-addictive treatments. I strive to bring health and healing to individuals, focusing on mind-body-spirit connection, and providing an assessment of lifestyle, strengths, and challenges for a complete integrative framework. Interpersonal and Cognitive Behavioral approaches are utilized to bring healing and illumination of clients' strengths and wellness goals.
