About us

The Mill is a fast casual restaurant chain in the heart of Manhattan. We pride ourselves on serving food that is fresh and has only the best ingredients. Unlike many of our competitors, all of our food is made fresh in house daily. We also allow our customers to customize orders to their exact specifications.
We have also created a menu with diverse food offerings, but there are a couple of specialties we highly recommend. Our gourmet soups that are made fresh daily are filling and delicious. If you are looking for fantastic sandwiches and salads, we offer you the ability to make your own sandwiches and salads or you can choose from our chef designed salads and sandwiches.
