The clinic is conveniently located just off 500 East and State Street in American Fork. We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Our American Fork clinic is also open from 8 a.m. to noon the first, third and fifth Saturday of each month.
