horrible experience. I went to Puente Hills dealer to find a new car and had a horrible experience. His attitude was very poor towards me. Also, the sales rep has no professional knowledge of cars. It is unbelievable that a sales rep is selling a product and don't know anything about the product. He was unable to answer any of my questions. Instead, I was providing him with information regarding cars.
