They were also very good with our tricky situation of arranging for payment to be made by my father who was overseas and not able to be present for the treatment. I didn't realize in the initial setup that I was supposed to call and arrange for the follow up treatment, but Jesus, who also did our second estimate for us, took it upon himself to stop by and drop and note in my mailbox personally when he was on another call nearby, which was above and beyond the call of duty and so appreciated because it really needed doing. He also offered a bonus 10% discount for us, sensing perhaps that we were a bit strapped for cash at the time too.
