Terrible customer service that cost me a closing. What makes it even worst is the main culprit by the name of Gustavo, Gus for short wouldn't take responsibility for not responding to a simple request for over 7 hrs( a whole business day) instead he deflected and blamed everyone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere for your insurance needs
