Bound Brook Dry Cleaners

In September of 2008 my wife took in three male suit shirts, approximately $75-$100 each, to have Bound Brook Dry Cleaners clean and press the shirts. My wife requested that the dry cleaners apply stain remover to all three collars and wrist areas, she also request that the cleaning be completed in two days. The shirts were “cleaned” in the requested timeline, but not as requested, and we were charged over $100 for the shirts and two other items. The dry cleaners wrote with pen on the inside collar of each shirt “WAG,” ruining the shirts and clearly indicating that stain remover was not used on the collars. Also, two of the shirts were not pressed at all, and seemed to be as wrinkled as when they were turned in. I have NEVER had a dry cleaner write in the collar of dress shirts, and I have had dry cleaning completed on dress shirts all over the United States.
