Dorie Miller Housing Co Inc in North Corona, Queens is the worst place you could invest your money at. We tried purchasing here of course being over qualified and the deal still didn’t go through after a year of being in contract and having a mortgage approved!!!! Our RED FLAG should have been the very low asking price but hey I guess that is how they lure people in. The board is extremely slow and filled with elderly people incapable of doing their jobs! Another RED FLAG banks don’t want to deal with this development AND TRUST ME ASK THE BANK AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHY. In the end you will lose co-op fees, bank fees lawyers’ fee and definitely your time. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT, A GOOD JOB AND YOUR DOWNPAYMENT TAKE IT TO ANOTHER PLACE. Should have listened to the bad reviews on-line but hey I learned my lesson!!!
