Ortiz R G Funeral Home Inc in Uptown, :Manhattan is only smoke and mirrors. This has to be a horrible funeral home in NYC funeral director and mortician made promises and did not keep them. When my beloved Grandmother passed away and a family friend. They were rude and unsympathetic to the memory and bodies of the dearly departed. Don't have funeral viewings here. They truly are despicable.
