Frank Winter from Gasmasters was called by my contractor to repair and outside vent are from our water heater; Frank laid out very clearly the options that we needed to take to correct the safety issues raised by him. It also included bringing current installation up to code. An ballpark estimate was provided and we agreed that we will have a resolution by end of the week. The following day I received a call where I had to make a decision so the company can proceed with the reparation cost. I said that was not ready, I have not received another quote from a vendor and did not want to spend 1600 without confirming the prices. At 12:49 est, two days after his first visit, Frank left a voice message that unless we replied to him stating the repair was done, he will have the gas company shut down the gas.
