I really love the martial arts program! Kids not only learn great martial arts technique, but they are able to develop their skills with discipline, strength, motivation, honesty, and much more. The instructors are great and get along well with the children, who are always comfortable and engaged. Additionally, the kickboxing classes rock! They provide an intense workout, completed with the determination and team spirit of the whole class, all while in an exceptionally clean and inviting area. I give great praise to the GMA and ILKB studio and its operators!

Gold Martial Arts Of Great Neck in Garden City Park, Great Neck is amazingly good for Kids.
My friends told me their kids have gotten good results out their classes.
I brought my Son in and took one class and immediately fell in love with it and I saw benefits in class that most studios don't implement.
