The perms that Dawn (at Hair Designs by Dawn) gives me last and last - like almost for a year, and they look great. I really wish my hair was lighter and my mom and I keep wanting to bleach our hair or get highlights put in, but Dawn just won't do it for us - she's concerned about our hair because she doesn't believe it's strong enough and she knows our hair will be ruined if we do that; even though she could make more money, she just won't do it.
