Terrible experience. I was quoted 45.00 dollars on the phone and then when I went in everything was fine until it got to the manicure and he said, well you should get the nice manicure for 65.00 dollars twenty more then what I had been quoted. I said I can't afford that just do the regular one and he said oh treat yourself the other one will fall off in a day and this one is shiny So I finally relented, but I felt like I had been swindled and they were not listening to me. Then he drew blood while trimming my cuticle and was on the phone much of the time. I will never be back, his behavior made me uncomfortable. They pressure customers to make a few extra bucks. The only positive thing is that the manicure looked nice, but the pedicure was a little sloppy. I will never go there again. In addition the nail dryers are dirty, the person was rough and not very polite.
