When you looking for apartment for rent Jacob Goldman - manager will lie and do everything to get your money but when I paid for rent two deposits they suddenly stop to call me and said that I am not approved by the board.The thing is they make you sign papers where deposits are not refundable and then they just STILL your money!! It took 6 month and still after WINNING CLAIM against them Jacob is refusing to pay us back -so I had to do that trough the sherif .DO NOT ever DEAL EVER WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE COURT 3 Times !!!
