Midlothian Mechanical

I manage a retail location and Midlothian Mechanical was hired by my GC to do a complete inspection of an old HVAC unit to make sure it was in good working order before I took occupancy of the space. They did not complete the inspection nor did they tell me or my contractor for the reason. But they took my money as if they did. The first time I turn on the heat it doesn't work. I called and they came out only to tell me the gas was not metered. Would have been nice to know that months earlier. Of course they billed for that trip. Gas was metered and they came back because the heat was still not working and they found a problem with the unit. Would have been nice to know that months earlier.
