Frank, from New Spirit Realty, is insulting, unprofessional, and arrogant. On route to show me an apartment, he called me a mutt because of my adoption. This was AFTER asking my background as well as my boyfriends, to see if we were Italian or Irish. Never in my life have I been degraded by one person. There are far better people to deal with than this company.
