HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! They WASHED a relatively expensive dry clean only silk shirt of mine and it shrunk 2 inches all over - one of my favorites that no longer fits. They broke several buttons on my husbands shirts. AND they broke a zipper on a favorite sweater b/c they WASHED that, too - when it was dropped off to be dry cleaned. The man who owns it is rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers!
