Orkin in West Paterson, NJ is a fraud. I had wrote a letter to end service a month before my contract was up and they came to my residence to do service killing my rose bushes. Orkin never called that they were coming to my residence when I was away. They charged me $ 147.00 when I am no longer under a contract and I have been fighting this issue with Orkin for the past 4 months. Supervisor Martinez and Managers at this facility are avoiding this issue as I have called at least 2 dozen times. Don't trust this company and you can find cheaper more prompt service from competitors. Their management group is unprofessional and lack customer service skills. How can you ignore a customer and leave an open issue go on for 4 months?
