Planet Urine Pet Stain Removal

I bought this product in recommendation of my vet. I used it for about a week and then realized it was bleaching my carpet. After e-mailing the company and asking for a refund the employee told me to keep trying and to “scrub, scrub, scrub”. I followed the directions completely and still have white spots all over my carpet which is now ruined. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money on this product.
