I am grateful of his detailed advice and emotional support. I have never had another doctor respond or provide the level of counsel and care I received from dr Nelson Ploch.
I had an first-class experience with Dr. Ploch; Dr. Ploch's staff was great as well. They took care of everything... pre-certification with insurance, paperwork, appointments, directions for day of surgery, point of contacts. It was great.
Dr Ploch gave me a specific diagnosis and I now have a plan for treatment. I feel like I'm in good hands with proper directions in how I can heal.

My father was taken to the hospital in an emergency situation. He was critically ill with a myriad of symptoms that required several doctors involvement. Although he was not Dr. Ploch's patient, he took the case. My father was diagnosed, given all the necessary information, given the proper medication. Dr. Ploch came in and explained everything to us. Absolutely professional, caring and concerned.
Dr. Ploch is competent, knowledgeable, warm and pleasant. He took a genuine concern in my well being. I highly recommend Doctor Ploch and his staff!
