Quietus CPAP Liners, LLC in Glenmoore is NOT a company I would ever purchase from again! Their product does NOT work for everyone, but the worst part is their poor customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the Satisfaction Guarantee posted on their website. I purchased a 10-pack of this product in January of 2013 and had the WORST sleep experience of my life! I contacted the company and they made some suggestions for me to try. To no avail, the liners still did NOT work! When I communicated this back to the company, and asked about their satisfaction guarantee, they were very slow to respond...took them TWO weeks...and only did so after I emailed them a 2nd time. Once they finally did respond, the best they offered me was a replacement set! Wait, didn't I say they didn't work for me? Why would I want more?
