Sunair Awnings & Solar Screens is a business I regret using every time I fax a PO to them, but I have no choice, as they are the only company I have found that sells the hardware I require for my shade systems. On no less than 3 occasions did I indicate customer pick up on my PO, and it was sent UPS, which of course cost me extra money. Also, on several occasions, I received late notices for unpaid purchases. I wrote a letter to the company noting how inappropriate those notices were when I had never been mailed invoices in the first place as my business is more than capable of paying on time. I did receive a call from a representative, which I appreciated, and she told me invoices were sent with the shipment. I told her that I was getting the shipment log, but not the invoices. I took her word for it, but sure enough my next shipment did not include the invoice. I called back and had to request that it be emailed to me.
