I have been a member of UCTC for years. I just cannot say enough about the awesome instructors there. They have made such a positive impact on my children and myself. I just LOVE the workout, but it is the people that really make this place special. If you are looking to get into shape, learn how to defend yourself, or just looking for an awesome activity to do with your family...this is the place!
My wife and I just love training here! The staff is super friendly, and the classes are fun!
