Intercare Chicago Inc in Belmont Central, Chicago is a scam... Those girls seem so nice and professional... Do they tell employers that they not only take money from them but also equivalent of 2 paycheck ( cash only) from care givers? I don't think so... Is it fair? I don't think so... It is nonrefundable fee for getting a job :) How they verify caregivers qualification? Well, you bring them references and cash and at the same moment you are ready to work. No verification , no questions until your interview with prospective employer... My friend works for them & she is really good at it but I don't know if it safe to hire anybody from that agency knowing that they don't care about anything but money...
